Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing FinPay ULTRA. We strive to provide the best services to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our subscriptions and wallet services.

Refund Timeframe

Refund Window 12 Hours Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe.

To be eligible for a refund for any subscription or wallet purchase, you must inform us of your request within 12 hours of the original transaction time. We will not process or issue any refunds for requests received after 12 hours from the time of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their request is submitted within the specified timeframe.

Plan Changes and Upgrades

All service plan purchases are considered final. Please note the following conditions regarding plan changes:

  • Purchased plans cannot be converted or exchanged for other plans.
  • If you wish to upgrade or change to a different plan, you must purchase the new plan at its full price.
  • The amount paid for a previous or existing plan is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit towards the purchase of a new plan.

Fraudulent Activity

Fraud & Account Misuse

We maintain a strict policy against fraudulent activity. If our system detects any form of fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms of service associated with your account, we reserve the right to immediately block or terminate your account. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining balance or active subscriptions.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within the 12-hour timeframe by sending an email to support@finpayultra.com. Please include your registered username, transaction ID, and the reason for your request.

FinPay ULTRA reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.
